1. Fixed Scopes & Fair Estimating

All website design and digital optimization projects are governed by clear, itemized scopes of work. We deliver a flat setup fee proposal based on custom requirements. Once a quote rate is locked and signed, the price is guaranteed.

2. Code & Asset Ownership

We firmly stand by small business ownership values. Upon receipt of full project payment:

✓ You own **100% of the domain registrations**.
✓ You own **100% of custom graphics, branding, and text copy**.
✓ You own **100% of compiled Astro files and source repositories**.

3. Independent Deployment Choices

We do not require you to host your website with 928Tech. Because we code using static-first Astro standards, your site is designed to compile to open formats. You can choose to deploy your site on any third-party host or use free edge-CDNs like Cloudflare Pages.

4. Transparent Hourly Services

For custom maintenance modifications, software expansions, or content editing requested outside our fixed monthly support plans, we charge a flat, transparent rate of **$125 per hour**, itemized to the minute.

5. Content Collection and Compliance

Clients are solely responsible for verifying the legal compliance and professional credentials of their local business details, certifications, and licenses cited on their websites.
